Longgang District welcomed another 4 smart outdoor gyms, with the total hitting 25

This month, Longgang District welcomed another 4 smart outdoor gyms in DSSPORTS Sports Park, Smart Park of Longgang District, Shenzhen Glasses Park as well as Living Quarter of Longgang District Tianma Microelectronics Corporation.

It is introduced that the smart outdoor gyms, as new scenarios for the citizens to keep fitness in a free, more convenient, safer and more practical way, make use of AI technology, IoT technology, cloud computing, big data and many other advanced technologies. Through spreading the technologies for the National Team’s physical training to the mass fitness, the smart outdoor gyms are available for the scientific deployment of the functions to specially exercise certain body parts and muscles on the grounds of physical ability test and circuit cardiopulmonary training. To the largest extent, they ensure a scientific and suitable way to meet the masses’ various demands for fit-keeping.

For instance, in Smart Park of Longgang District, the new smart outdoor gym has already been put into use, which performs various functions like physical testing, body training, smart gaming.

“I think the smart outdoor fitness equipment very practical. It is just like an outdoor gym in the park, but without any charge,” Mr. Cui expressed while on the fitness equipment breathing the fresh air.

“After a meal, I usually come here to exercise my waist, my legs, my arms... It’s easy and convenient,” Mrs Xu said while exercising in Shenzhen Glasses Park in Yuanshan Sub-district of Longgang District of Shenzhen.
