On Jan. 07, a news conference for introducing the preparation for The 9th Asian Winter Games, announced that The 9th Asian Winter Games would begin on Feb. 07 and close on Feb. 14 in Harbin, with the curling sport and ice hockey sport being respectively shifted to Feb. 03 and 04 for the larger number of the participating teams and the longer courses. Hence, The 9th Asian Winter Games is scheduled to last for 12 days. Then, the first play of China Delegation would occur in the Curling-Mixed-Doubles field on Feb. 04. According to the schedule, the first championship of The 9th Asian Winter Games would come into being on Feb. 08.
