Shenzhen Universiade Center (深圳大運中心)

Brief introduction:

Shenzhen Universide Center is known as the main venue of The 26th Summer Universiade, which occurred in the year of 2011. In the year of 2019, it became the only one in China that served simultaneously as the main venue of CSL, CBA, WHL. Besides, Shenzhen Universiade Center is of great significance for Shenzhen’s cultural strategic development and Longgang District’s cultural development.

Shenzhen Universiade Center totally occupies about 520,000 square meters, with a floor area of about 290,000 square meters. It consists of 1 stadium, 1 gymnasium and 1 natatorium, as the stadium could accommodate 60,000 spectators, gymnasium could 18,000 ones, and natatorium could 3,000 ones.

Brief introduction:

Longgang District Sports Center belongs to a large and public-welfare spot for sports and exercise, which is constructed under the investment of The People’s Government of Longgang District. Covering about 130,000 square meters, it includes the fields and courts for badminton, swimming, tennis, basketball, volleyball, soccer, biking, as well as other sports facilities like mass-fitness square, comprehensive sports field. It benefits the neighboring citizens, as a place for various sports events and public fitness activities.
